Looking for Concept Artist

Hello, I am looking for a concept artist who is very creative and is able to sketch levels, characters, vehicles and weapons. He/she should be able to come up with new ideas with little guidance. This is a revenue share project. We will be paid through kickstarter funds if successful and through sales of the game. Our game is a multiplayer sidescrolling 3D run 'n gunner. We are still in pre-production phase which why we need a concept artist. Our first game is almost complete. I will tell you more about the game if you are intersted.
