This game would win for me by a country mile, except whenever I quit I find all my background windows squashed into a tiny corner of my desktop. So it wins by a mere regular mile instead.

The game is simply brilliant. I was a bit frustrated halfway through (which is probably intentional, seeing how you have to figure everything out yourself), but it never became so bad that I wanted to stop. The last level was the only one I didn't really understand afterwards but managed by trial and error.
This is going to be a tough decision, I already have a few favourites, and I'm a long way from having played through all entries.

Cactus, your game gave me extreme motion sickness, to the point where I threw up. seriously. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF
Mission accomplished :D Nah, I feel bad for you. People have complained about having their eyes hurt, and being too discomforted to continue playing, but getting someone to actually vomit is rather unexpected. Sorry man. I hope you still managed to enjoy the game

This game makes people physically ill.
That has to be worth bonus points.

I seem to be incapable of beating the count to level 15 level, even though I found 15.

real art looks like the mona lisa or a halo poster and is about being old or having your wife die and sometimes the level goes in reverse

I seem to be incapable of beating the count to level 15 level, even though I found 15. It's timed if you didn't know, turning the volume up (or on) should be helpful.

This game is too good to win. The cutscenes are too well-done, the atmosphere is too scary, and the puzzles are too fun. It doesn't have a prayer.
Actually, I replayed it and was surpised at how much less scary it was. Maybe the fact that I played it first at midnight after drinking two cans of Pepsi had something to do with it.

It's 3AM here and I'm playing Mondo Medicals for the first time. I gotta say, this is surprisingly great. I agree with the above post -- I feel like this game may be too good to win this competition, if that makes sense. It's original, disturbing, engaging, stylish... I don't know what else to say. Great work!

Genuinely disturbing, but a tad hard for one like myself, I fear. Ah well. Back to Funny Cat.

I love this game but I also feel its somewhat too good for a b-game contest. Atmosphere to spare with a whole lot of style.
