I played MemSet - fun game. Water Tower's not available for download?

Ah, sorry about that... The Water Tower downloads page is one of the most poorly organized parts of my site at the moment. Here's a direct link: http://sacredsoftware.net/software/watertower/archives/watertower.sit

Glad you liked the other one!

Curses!

Seems to work for me with The Unarchiver. .sit is a terrible archive format to use these days, though - here's the game on a DMG: http://sacredsoftware.net/software/watertower/archives/WaterTower.dmg

Jeff Brown, 21, fresh out of college working on my first game with some friends titled Nomis: Legacy Islands. Trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZVraQJ31Ko

My first gaming experiences were on the Nintendo with games like excitebike, duck hunt, mario, TMNT and battletoads. Some of my favorite series were Metal Gear Solid and especially Final Fantasy. I started at VIII and never played VII... don't say it. The cut-scenes in the Final Fantasy series were the reason I got so immersed in the videogame world. I loved just sitting there watching the cutscenes, I didn't care if it made me put the controller down and watch it for 5 minutes. I was sucked into the world it created and the story kept me from the outside world, I just couldn't stop playing!

Anyways, I'm currently working on a game to put on Xbox live in the indie games section. We have a development blog at www.robotfootgames.com if you want to follow along on the progress or see some more screenshots.
Some screenshots of the current game:

Hello.

My name is Chris Hartpence, but both online and off, a good number of people call me Velociryx.  Or Vel for short.

I'm married, so I'll actually answer to most anything. Wink

I've been designing games for as long as I can remember.

In the beginning, they were custom campaign worlds for pen and paper RPG's, and more recently, board and computer games.

I'm a semi-retired adventurer and writer, and I've been working on my current project, and labor of love, for a number of years.

I look forward to getting to know you! Smiley

Hey everyone, name's Jason.  I'm actually not a developer, but a marketing intern with Wild Pockets that found TIGsource while looking through developer communities.  I'm just here to talk with you guys because it just honestly looks like a fun community to be a part of where I share a lot of common interests.  Hope you guys'll enjoy my company as much as it seems I'll enjoy my time here.

Why hello there!  I'm Mikey, and I love programming - game programming in particular, but I hate finishing things.  I hope to get over that soon and finally finish a game.

The Assemblee competition is what snagged me as I came across these forums, sweet idea!  It's also sadly listed as "currently running", so by the time I realized it was over I had already browsed the assets and started dreaming up game ideas.

I'm going to try an unofficial/too-late-for-anyone-to-care entry anyways.  I will commit to a game of questionable quality by month's end, if you will agree to a public shaming should I fail!  Shame-based motivation is highly underrated.

Anyhoo, I look forward to getting to know this place and you fine guys and gals Beer!

Been lurking here for a while.  I'm Dan.  I've spent about 18 months or so on the Xna Adventure Game Engine.  The original aim was to get a point 'n click game released on XBLIG and it has spiralled into something much larger.  I'll get there eventually.
