I'm reading Burning Chrome, a collection of short stories by William Gibson. AKA let's take speed and talk about broken promises of the future.

A Breakfast of Champions by Vonnegut. I never know what to read, but I liked Cat's Cradle so much and this was recommended as one of his best.

I'm finally reading House of Leaves.
A friend strongly recommended that book. The idea sounded intersting enough, I'll give it a look once I'm done with all of the Arthur C. Clarke that I'm reading.

Reading oyasumi punpun for the third time. The characters in the story are extremely flawed, yet somehow still quite likeable. The plot, while often times very dark and depressing, is also extremely humorous. Was recommended to me by Captaintastic and a few others in the animu thread; did not regret picking it up.

Oh heck yes. Is Song of the Quarkbeast a Tuesday Next book? I'm only on Something Rotten of that series and I haven't read any of his other novels. I'll be getting to that and The Dark Design by Farmer after House of Leaves.

Damn. I need to do a better job of keeping up with stuff that's been recently published.

I finished reading this several weeks ago, very good read. Currently I'm reading Nausea by Sartre after it arrived in the mail, I'm liking it so far, it suits my frame of mind.
