Hello guys! [IMG] I am looking for a passionate and dedicated programmer who would partner with me (head artist) and another artist (still recruiting) to make an indie low poly aviation game (like Flight Simulator X but a lot less complex) in which it will be published to Steam once it is completed. After its publishing we will be constantly doing updates (whether to fix bugs or to add new features) so this will be quite a long term project. The game will include a smaller scale of all countries with the airports from major cities, a wide range of planes (small to heavy jets), and multiplayer features.

- We will be working weekly (assigning a bunch of things to be done by each week)

Business Plan:

1. Finish modeling and making game assets (planes, menu buttons etc.)
2. Rigging and animating the planes
3. Start programming aircraft movements, motions and world physics. (Artists work on world)
4. Program menu systems, multiplayer system etc. (Artists work on world)
5. Integrate the map (world) with the game
6. About 50-70% done at this stage, we will record a video of our progress as proof of concept for the Kickstart project that will be launched, to raise approximately $2000-$3000 USD or more
7. Split money
8. Finish programming the world, menu systems and final touchups
9. Launch on Greenlight on Steam (do marketing)
10. Publish to Steam
11. Maintain game with regular updates and implementation of new features

Requirements:

- Intermediate- advanced programming skills
- Experience in game making
- CV needs to be presented
- Unity (preferably) skills
- Skype
- Problem solving skills
- Thinking outside the box
- NDA and other contracts need to be signed
- Weather, plane physics knowledge (we can do further research on that together)

Expectations:

- Regular communication (Skype)
- Weekly updates
- If you encounter problem report to me
- Inform me on all the game logic you will implement (tell me what you will do, how you will do it etc.)
- 2-4 months dedication
- Working on regular updates for the game after publish

So if you are interested please contact me on Skype, we can discuss further on payment and the details of the game. Thanks, have a nice day! [IMG]
