Noisebridge teetotaler's hackathon/hangathon sounds like a good time.  I'm (probably) in if it happens.

Same. Noisebridge is within walking distance from my place, and I'd really like to spend a bit of time this week jamming. If it happens, definitely mention it in here.

Alright, I'm here in one piece. My hotel's a little frightening, but otherwise, I am excited.

MM and I are in the lounge of HISF downtown at the moment grinding out code. We're gonna be missing for 2 days in the middle due to room availability, but feel free to say hi  Coffee

I had a great first day. Went to some cool sessions, and got a chance to see Noel Berry, Evan Balster, Connor Ullman, zovirl, EdgeOfProphecy, infinite_ammo, and several others. I spotted phubans, but didn't get a chance to say hello. Looking forward to meeting even more of you as the week goes on! If you see a guy who looks like the weirdo in my avatar, please stop and say hi if you get a chance!

Exhausted after the first day of the game design workshop and also fixing my stupidly constructed laptop this evening.  Yawn

Would also like to meet you guys in person. Beer! What's on the agenda for tomorrow evening?

MM and I will be absent from the hostel until Thursday afternoon due to scheduling woes. Hope to see some more folks before we head off, but it's been productive either way. Code code code

I wish I would've been able to attend! Especially since the game I am developing is playable at the 'GDC edition of Indigo'. This is a collection of great Dutch indie games playable at The Netherlands Consulate General, a couple of blocks from the Moscone Center. Free entrance!

I've just posted a topic about my game in the feedback part of the forums in case you are interested: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=32438.0

For more information, the full lineup of games and directions: http://www.dutchgamegarden.nl/indigo/main/

Taken from that website: The GDC edition of INDIGO will be held 25-30 March at the Consulate General of the Netherlands, Suite 3100, 120 Kearny Street, Suite 3100, San Francisco, CA 94104. Itís just a couple of blocks from the Moscone Center and close to the Montgomery St. station for Metro and BART rapid transit and the Market St. & Kearny St. tram stop.

Let me know anybody wants to check this out, and have a great time everybody!

Heh, was quite fun wandering in and out of Tads and bumping into Alex (ThemsAllTook) and PoV. Feel like I should have stayed longer, but hopefully we can bump into each other around the conference and hostel over the next few days.

Feel like I should get more involved with the scene, but also feel like if I was going to these piss-ups I'd be getting no work done Wink Hope everyone's week is going well so far!

If you see MM and I (tall messy haired polish-looking guy and skinny blonde guy respectively) don't be afraid to say hi Smiley

I'm ultra jealous!! Sad that I couldn't go for office work, no money and no game to share.

I hope to go not "next year", in 2014 I will go. I have a year to get everything I need for it. So let's get started.

Having a game to share is nice, but certainly not required - don't let that stop you from coming!

Everyone I've met from tigsource has been super nice and friendly. A surprising number of them have recognized my face. It's great to feel like I have so many friends here! One day left... I'd still love to catch up with Jasper Byrne to try New Game+, and Alec Holowka to try TowerFall. Saw phubans again on the street, but didn't quite get a chance to say hi.

Is anyone doing anything tomorrow? I can't believe I hadn't checked this thread until now.

I'll be checking out the GameStick at ARM's booth before heading out to lunch tomorrow. (It's right behind Unity's grand booth I believe) If anyone wants to play the world's first split screen 3d indie platformer Wink just stop the guy in orange named Brian with "Independent" as his company, and tell him you're from TIGSource. So far, it's been an awesome week here! (and the Nintendo JS news is great! Canvas on Wii U ftw!)
