Long-term lurker. Finally registered to get some community input as I thrust myself into full-time dev.

I've been conceiving and constructing a game on my own, part-time, for over a year. I've just started an LLC and intend to pay contributors (including the programmers) as independent contractors. However, I have one friend/ team member who has been integral in bouncing ideas off of since the game's conception, and has a good head for business/ project management.

Assuming an initial 100k budget and one-year projected timeline with myself as the primary investor, lead artist, animator, composer, director, and designer; what would be a fair monthly wage and percentage of profits to offer a dedicated business/ project manager?
