Hi, dudes. Can you suggest me some good multiplayer online indie games? I'm looking for action/sport/strategy games like Gunbound and Albatross18 or MMOG as well.
Thank you ^_^

Dofus is a nice indie MMORPG, although that's only borderline indie -- it has a huge team with like a dozen or two artists. But it was created without much funding by only a few people, even though it's big now.

One of those "Free2Play" MMORPGs that seems to stick out of the crowd is Runes of Magic, as it's apparently an exceptionally good clone of World of Warcraft for being absolutely free. Even the stuff you can buy is mostly nothing important, as far as I've heard. I have yet to find even a costly "big" MMORPG that motivates me, so I'm not quite interested in the free ones, but if that's you're cup of tea RoM might well be worth a try. Oh and Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa can still be played for free until about the end of the month, when the servers will be shut down for good. I've tried it for two days and after the novelty of shooter-mechanics in an MMORPG wears off it feels like another typically boring MMORPG. But well, again, others might like it. Hedgewars.
Watching a trailer for the game, it looks.. copyright-infringing?

you might like our game Dinowaurs it's still in beta, but pretty playable for the most part. It's like real-time gunbound with some strategy elements.

Army of Earth still brings me back after six months or so. Free during beta -- kind of a FPS/RTS, up to six teams, PG maps. Graphics are simple but it's a fun drop-in game.

I can tell you right now that it will. You could run it on a microwave. Also, BZFlag is an oldie but goodie.

It's actually not a system requirements issue...for some reason I could get it installed and everything, and when I would go to launch it it would crash at launch. I reinstalled it once before deciding not to spend anymore time on it.

Gang Garrison anyone?
Gang Garrison is awesome. It's actually how I stumbled upon TIGsource for the first time. Jumper Redux has netplay, which is kind of like an exercise of group masochism. It's pretty satisfying to linger at the end of stages and watch your friends constantly fail to get past a level you got past, whenever you do manage to get ahead of the rest.

Sad that it has to be ONLINE multiplayer... Right now, the games I have are: Toribash (can't believe anyone hasn't said that yet, or has it lost it's "indie" status) Smokin' Guns Urban Terror (another q3 mod, runs on ioq3 just like SG, and is just as awesome) Gang Garrison 2 (2.0 is t3h awesome) Soldat A New Zero (0.74 is WAY better than the 0.71 reviewed by TIGS) and finally... ARMAGETRON ADVANCED Seriously, can't believe anyone hasn't said this one, it's practically fallen off the face of the earth, although a TON of folks still play it online. Also, I've heard some pretty good things about AntRush, haven't tried it just yet. And I really have no idea how golf? works, I thought it was netplay, and what's this whole "account" thing? WHERE IS A README?
