I came back and checked this forum after sometime I didn't have the time to do so.
Almost half of the messages on the first page are composers posting their music and/or looking for work.
Why is not one deleting these?

hi. i don't read this forum very often. john sandoval used to be responsible for the creative boards but hes gone now, so i guess i'll have to check them more now.

i moved all the portfolios on the 1st page for now

On that note: I know that we're trying to discourage rampant demo reel posts and job begging, but if I remember correctly, there is some precedent for starting feedback threads (don't post your track without giving feedback to someone earlier on the thread, etc). Is there a format for this?
