I like this so far! I am guilty of not using Git until I got something to compile, haha. I sometimes write a file or two (in my latest project, I wrote like... a bunch of memory management/threading/exception handling stuff... before I made my first commit... I think the first commit ended up being some 20 header/cpp combos... I'm terrible Sad).

Also I especially like the usage of Premake5! I started using Premake back in my first major game project and haven't looked back since. I use the latest for my all my current projects (well, in languages Premake supports).

I look forward to seeing the game come together Smiley.

First point: This looks really good and the insight on platforming physics is really great!

Second point: Your main character looks like an earplug. Do what you want with that information.

Hey David
This looks great!
The walking reminds me of Theo Jansen's Strandbeests for some reason.

I feel like it'll look weird to have this kind of realistic animation when the character is moving fast around slopes and loops like sonic. Cause that's what your earlier gifs show. But I'm sure you'll make it work fine, since you appear to be a wizard. Either way, I'm very impressed  Gentleman

This is very cool and impressive, but I have to bring up one point: the body usually moves up and down when walking, and that's missing from your automatic walk generator. Just a detail I noticed Wink
