If your activities involve attempting to look at imagery without downloading separate pieces, you may already know that browsers aren't really adapted for such things - ability to zoom is limited, and interpolation/smoothing doesn't make it better (particularly for pixelart).

To improve the situation a little, I've made a userscript that adds a slightly more convenient interface when viewing images:

Features include unrestricted panning, zooming, and preview against adjustable background colors. And the crisp pixel edges at all times, of course.

Thing's free (donations are encouraged!), and the source code is reasonably commented.
