This discussion is quickly becoming too ridiculous to continue, so have it your way

JLJac said he wanted to. On another note, adressing Soulliard: When contacting Nic, would it be totally inconvinient for me to send the mail?
It might be better for him to get the second mail from the person he got the first from, so just say so if it's not OK. But I've been thinking of sending him a fan mail thanking him for LiCS for some time now, and it can't be wrong to butter him up a little along with it, could it? Of course I could show it to you before sending it.

Yup, I'll send it. Will have to wait for tomorrow though.
I take it we are using Yami's idle sprite as well then?

He meant the idle sprite.
Use the one at page 1.

Nic is an elusive fellow. I didn't get a response from him for awhile when I wanted to put Lyle in Bonesaw.

Did he allow it? And what e-mail did you use? I sent it to the one on his website, [email protected] or something like that.

I used that email when I asked his permission, and he replied.

I somehow don't think there's enough sprite-work done yet for him to decide if he'll give us his permission or not. I would suggest contacting him after Lyle's signature ability (i.e.- producing and using blocks for attacking and jumping) is completely animated.
Of course, it's not my call, but just a thought. From the way I understood it, it sounds like he wanted to see the entire thing before he decided 'oh okay that looks cool, go for it' or something.

I made the phantom cube: You may need to refresh or go to it's URL to see it animate. Gamemaker doesn't repeat my gifs for some reason.
