There are a couple of other tracks that are pretty Hip Hop in my opinion. This is more of a fast bboy style beat (breakdance/breakbeat):

This one is good too!

Fighting games are in general a good bet!

Some tekken:

More PSX fighting game beat music

Ronin Blade / Soul of the Samurai (interesting PSX Survival Horror in feudal Japan)
https://youtu.be/a6cb0JP6ZEI
https://youtu.be/yy6xXSzgnqs

Speaking of Japan-themed early 3d era games!
Plays during a mission where you pick up a DJ's equipment... how fitting!

Not sure if this counts, but this is /r/futurebeats material

So I have been a part of my local Hip Hop scene for some time now, putting in work to make beats and share them with everyone. One thing I enjoy the most is when I come across beats from either anime or video games that I don't even need to do a thing with because they're just that good.
Does this count?

Edit: as for video games, does this count?:

I would say the Street Fighter 3 beat was more inline with what I was going for. I'm actually really digging it.

The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure beat is kind of this gray area that I personally don't mettle in because it's a heavily debated style of beat in Hip Hop. Though if you were to ask some purist Hip Hop heads from NYC, they probably say it doesn't count. Actually, this reminds me of how DJ Khaled is used a lot as the butt of a lot of jokes amongst my Hip Hop buddies in Detroit.

A little lesson for everyone:
Trap music is not Hip Hop.
Gangsta Rap is typically not Hip Hop.
There is such a thing as Pop Hop, and it is not Hip Hop.
Video games have been influential in Hip Hop and vice versa.

Lastly, Hip Hop is made up of 5 main element: DJ'n, Bboy'n, MC'n, Graffiti, and Knowledge (wisdom, understanding, peace, love, unity, fun).

No worries. I still have yet to sink my teeth into that anime. At some point I might.

Sonic Adventure 2's Knuckles levels have hip hop music. (Example:

)
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor has a bunch of hip hop-like music. (Example:

)
Not sure if it counts, The Urbz for GBA (though probably its console versions too) has some hip hop influences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUAmWwGdqjI
Toejam & Earl might not entirely fit the bill, but its entire soundtrack comes close enough I'd say. (Example: Funkotronic Beat)
Streets of Rage should have a bunch too. (Example: Dilapidated Town)

Not sure if this counts (I can never tell which music fits in which genre exactly): Kai's theme from 100% Orange Juice

If we include anime:
Several tracks from Jormungand's soundtrack. (Example: Time to Rock and Roll)
Most of the soundtrack for K (yes, that's it name, a single letter). (Most obvious being Yata MisaKi)
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei is also worth taking a look at. (Most obvious is this one but I personally like this one far better)
No Game No Life is a goldmine in general, but nothing beats The Bluff
One Outs also has a lot of tracks that may count. Ain't Got No More definitely sounds like it at least.
Phantom's Koroshi no Perfect Game may count. Nothing else like it on the soundtrack though.
Zankyou no Terror has veat but nothing else like it.

Not sure if they count, but maybe these three tracks from Durarara!!:
Waraeru hodo hikyou na yatsu
Chocolate ga Yukuefumei
Cosmic Cycle

You should. I am still catching up in the anime and it's great. Smiley
My favorite anime rap:

For video games, I think this counts:

Great topic.

This comes to mind

(The rest of the Soundtrack is more Classic oriented but highly recommended!)

Lumines had some more or less hip-hoppish songs

Also Gun Godz which is often described as a Hip-Hop shooter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V40mMx0vjlY

Did anyone mention Sonic Rush?
Check out its soundtrack. It is written by Hideki Naganuma, the one who is behind the Jet Set Radio music.
