In Trench you are the pilot of a mini sub, a salvager and scavenger, and the last hope for the world. You must venture into the deepest trenches of our oceans and blast your way past some seriously nasty monsters to recover fragments of the meteor that is spawning these alien creatures
.
The monsters come at you from all angles so you must spin your craft around 360° to engage in combat. You will need to scavenge supplies and weapons for your sub from the sunken wrecks that litter the ocean floor. Upgrades to the sub are not about advancing to having a super sub but rather about keep your sub going.

Due to a lot of feedback on the alpha demo we have altered the controls for the sub. So take a peek at this short clip and let us know if you think this is an improvement

Those bad boys look like they would fit perfectly in the game. Will sit down with our artist tomorrow and see what he could do with these guys

New name for the game

Trench was only ever intended as a working title, especially after we discovered that the game name Trench has a rather litigious history, so after much debate, extensive market research and a number of brain storming sessions in the pub, we have at last decided on the official name.
