Hey guys! I know this is not a perfect place for these kind of posts, but I believe we can make an exception here. I've had a pleasure of talking with Jaroslaw Zielinski, Destructive Creations CEO (Hatred) about his upcoming game. And, at least in this interview, we focused mostly on the business side of making games, not the whole drama around the game itself.

Plenty of great information for anybody who's trying to run his/her own company, working with outsourced freelancers and respecting your own money. I really hope you guys will enjoy it.
