Im New (Need Help)

Um , im relatively new to the dev stuff . I do know a lot about tools and a few tips. But I have know experience with programming in Java. I have limited access to internet and live in the philippines (in Asia) . Please help me through the forums and send me guides. You can ask me any questions relating to tools for development and more stuff. I got interested in android as it is one of the best platforms. Due to lack of internet access I only check my account once every few weeks. Im also interested in Lua , Python and C++/C#. I do this as my hobby and as a little career plan. Love Tigsource
