First though:
WTF? OMG! It's over 4 hours and the actual talk does not start until 7:00!
Who uploaded this? What where they thinking?

Also, Shorts keynote is just the first hour. The recording contains a number of different keynotes, plus coffee breaks, preparations etc. Lesson learned: Do not let the video length scare you.
