Hello, TIGSource! My name is Artem Naumov and I'd love to present you my game in development Gentleman

DEUL is a simple little game about duels (made with a help of Unity game engine). Rules are simple: kill first or be killed. Test and improve your reaction. Beat your own hi-score. Gain fame points to buy different bullet types. Gain XP points and level up to improve your skills. Bullets are real and collide, slow motion happens sometimes, blood drops, ragdoll physics included as well.

It's coming to Android for free next month (PC version will be available later).


Now, a bit of early game states show from prototypes to 'close to final' (no features spoilers though):







P.S. pretty pixel graphics was done by Alex Makovsky (@alexmakovsky), russian digital artist and game developer.


The game is pretty much close to final. At moment I'm busy with its redesign on my own, so here's a little work in progress sneak peek for you:

Hello there, Bravo81. Why, thank you! Not games, maybe, but games prototypes. One of them may be the next game, or maybe not, I can't really tell at moment, I want to concentrate on the current one.

Off-topic: Though I can show you one of the latest I did, called Hedgy: screenshot,

. It's some weird (but cute) roguelike tamagotchi game, where map generates all the time as you move and it's never the same, even if you go back to the place where you just left Crazy

Lifting the foot from the ground looks exaggerated/unnatural for me. Like ... she wants to throw the weapon.

Do you mean the very first one (pixel art)? Different backgrounds were planned, yeah. I just want to try different graphics and ask people for their opinion before I choose what to have in final.

I've translated the game from JavaScript to C# and built the whole project from scratch, but also have added a few new features. Sounds have been added. Just a few more things should be done (mostly graphics) and the game should be ready for release then. Later I also plan to keep adding content and special stuff (like random fun events between duels). Well... I've recorded refined character shooting and ragdoll for you (the ragdoll isn't finished yet).
