Tune your fiddle strings and dust off your glockenspiels, it's time for another musical challenge!

Theme
Veracruz moist forests.

Entry conditions
- Entries have to be over 1,5 minutes in length;
- Entries have to be original content;
- Entries have to be submitted before August 17th.

My personal touch
Just as music is a part of the world, so too would I like to hear the world in your entries! For example, express the calmth and serenity of the forest environment, or, if that seems more suitable to you, make the feverish jungle mood manifest in your composition. Whatever you do, incorporate sounds you could hear in the Veracruz moist forests in your piece!

Best of luck; I'm looking forward to your submissions!

Okay, I have enough of a track started to say I'm in!  I didn't know what to write for so I came here.  Nice theme!

Edit:  Here is my submission!

I took a technological presence in nature approach with what I used to make this.  First you encounter the lush thickness of the forest, then the industrial threat is present.  Still there is great beauty but as things progress, the barrenness becomes more and the climate becomes hacked, windy, and scarce...

Thank you for listening!

Here is my track. I made it sound darker than what the forest looks like in real life. Hope you like it!

Hey All!

Have been working with a client here in Vietnam. We filmed in a botanical garden and I was able to capture some zoo sounds. I also captured her singing (randomly), warped and tuned her voice a tiny bit, and came up with this! Thought it fit this little challenge perfectly.

I think it sounds pretty good but you tell me Smiley
