Oooh. I really like the art style of that. Lovely textures. --- I made a cup of coffee. And more importantly, started teaching 3D in Blender to my girlfriend who's a great 2D artist, so if she enjoys it and decides to excel in this I'm sure some amazing stuff will crop up eventually. c: She got the basics pretty quick. Made a chest and a tree and a cup. http://i.imgur.com/j6lRX7H.jpg

That's really cool. But the ear on the cup looks uncomfortably small!

Nice work McMutton. I really like those proportions. I'm interested to see what you do with the gun.
Thank'eh! The gun's essentially the equivalent of a wand or staff, but way cooler! Those are some niiice environments c023-dev! Made a girl: (Here's an album: http://imgur.com/a/4nkZ2)

Mittens, your models are gorgeous, but every time I take a look at them my non-existent graphics card has a heart attack and an aneurysm at the same time. How can a graphics card have an aneurysm you ask? Liquid cooling I answer.

If there's one thing I absolutely adore, it's a mecha with a cloak.

Yeah, that is a good-looking sprite conversion from a 3D source model. I could easily see that style working for a 2D sprite-based game. Naturally, you wouldn't want to go all-in for such a technique until closer to the end of a production cycle, but there is ample potential for using such a technique to trim costs. Very appealing approach to adapting a 3D model to a 2D format.
