I managed to figure out how rigging works in Blender. Excuse the screenshots, but I've yet to figure out making interesting renders. Based off the robots in System Shock 2. The model (and rig) are pretty poorly done at the moment, so I'm not sure if I should go back and improve the model/rig, go straight to some animations, or UV and texture him. Any suggestions?

@Tennis - Nice raccoon (?). He's got originality. @Petethegoat - Interesting. It's low-poly, but seems to animate alright. I think that it's best to model > texture > animate. This way, you can model half of him and texture him using a Mirror modifier so that you don't have to do so much work, but then apply the modifier and begin rigging and animation. EDIT: Here's something from me - a mail truck for a game I'm working on.

@kamac - Yeah, I got some CC at the pixel art thread. I put the wheels back in, though they are supposed to be oversized for a reason.

Thanks for the suggestion with workflow. I've gone back and improved the model a bit now, hopefully I'll figure something out for the textures. As someone mentioned in the pixel art thread, the wheels look really odd sticking out like that, it makes it look more like a monster truck than a mail van.
