I'll never understand how these gargantuan swords work.

Good.
Now, swing it over your head.
There; now you are ready to take on anybody."

Another facefart, some old dude again (recurring theme?).
Decided to texture it this time. Going for a lively feel, how'd I do?
Left is untextured redclay shader, in case that wasn't clear.

Cheeks are too far forwards and the neck join is a bit funny - need to do some sculpt silhouette studies to sort that out I think.

Worked Asym after some preliminary work on a basemesh from blender. The basemesh was a bit dodgy but it was significantly better than working from a sphere. Also, TIL that sculptris accepts quads just fine (got lazy on export). It can triangulate if you want it to. Neato.

..Time for work I guess Droop

Giant swords are ridiculous, blame Final Fantasy VII for making that one popular (probably) even still, it's just become more outrageous since.

In any case, here's a deer hood ornament Smiley

The hair in front of its eyes feels weird, but it's very expertly made. Nice job!

3sided: chrome-tastic!
willy: i like the idea, always wanted to make some 3d tiles.
:jackson: i like the model, but the toon shading just doesn't do it for me. i do like how you made the clouds, tho

so i realized i haven't tried spec and emit maps yet. tried making a crystal:

yyyyyeaaaah, i don't know how this is supposed to work

Wrote a fancy, yet ultimately useless isometric projector for 3D level data.
