nice gun! though the in-game shading ruins the textures.

I'm doing the painting on a reduced but still high-poly model (around 100K, unwrapped and packed by hand) this will then be used to bake a colour map, which I will combine with several AO maps from the really high res one all baked onto the low res model. Painting is not done, he needs stripes and then I'll probably have a lot more details to put in.

nice stuff, but it needs more defenition of the muscles on the stomach to fit with the rest of the body. abs, ribs and a belly button. also why not genetalia? serously, if your going for something creppy, that would add a lot. im trying to practice on handpainting textures, so ive done somekind of fantasy knight, diffuse map only. kind of lowpoly too, 2200 tris. EDIT: changed size

take out the marks; those are used to italicize text

Still noobing around in modeler, made this castle: Texturing it took forever. And yes, I know the texture and texturing is terrible xD I'm still learning how to make models.

Thanks! that was 1.5 hours though, not 0.5; stickadtroja: Thanks for the advice, also that paint job is awesome. I'm still painting, so I might add more abdomen detail. I'm not afraid of the wang, this model had one for most of the modelling; but I think I didn't want to attract a bunch of attention to the detail there. The model is for a composition and I didn't want the elements to compete too much visually.
