Hey, I'm gonna be starting university soon and I was wondering if there are other devs who live around Ottawa, Canada. It would be nice to organize events and things there!  Wizard

Hey there!

I'm in Ottawa and help run a group called Dirty Rectangles. We do meetups once a month downtown where local devs can show off what they're working on.

If you're going to be around before school starts we're doing our annual BBQ on the 22nd of August (https://www.facebook.com/events/952214898133924/). Great time to meet and hang out with various devs throughout the city.

There are a few other Ottawa devs on this board (Hangedman, sugarbeard) and Ottawa is home to a some popular indie studios like Breakfall (who did Starwhal) and Steel Crate (working on Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes)
