Clever. It's like imagining motivations for the girl in Outrun instead of her being a cypher.

Wow.  This is a really cool experience.  The panning viewpoint is really well done and gives you a lot of freedom to explore the various combinations.  I still haven't got beyond 3 endings yet and someone here said there were 8?

The music is great by the way so nice selection there.  Don't remember if I saw where that came from.. did you write that?  (Yeah.. I guess I could go look in the game again...) Smiley

The art style is so great too.  The color choices, gradients, animations all add together to build this really tangible environment and emotional space.  Love this.  Definitely gonna pass this link along to some friends that I want them to check it out.

I'm also curious to see what Kongregate's players made of this... Smiley

Thank you!

Here's the Kongregate page. Responses are pretty cool in general.

The music was actually written by myself, yes.

Interesting how different types of experimental games get different responses around there. Heart actually ENRAEGEDZ the Kongregate commenters while this one received mostly good comments.

Maybe it's the fact that one has little 'proper' gameplay, and the other is more about figuring out the different combinations to get the different endings. I guess the gotta catch'em all part of gaming is popular with flash gamers.

Feel free to disregard the above.

This is totally true about gamers in general. But I got plenty of positive comments for Heart as well, it just seemed to elicit stronger opinions.

Did Heart have more than one ending?
