Hey fellow TIGSource Members!

I wanted to share the first episode in my new YouTube series, Game Audio Analysis. As a composer and sound designer for video games, I'll be using these videos to share knowledge, tips, and tricks for other aspiring game audio professionals. I'm starting out with some basic ideas, but I'll gradually be moving on to topics that are more advanced. New episodes will be posted weekly! If you have any questions or just want to get in touch, leave a comment below. You can also reach out to me via PM, Twitter, and my website.
Thanks guys, and I'm curious to hear what all of you think!

I think this is a great idea! Nice introductory video and good topic for the first episode. Looking forward to seeing how this progresses with more complex analysis!  Beer!

Holy cow, +1 for the "mp3 codec has blank space" tip - I've been blaming Unity for my loop hickups!

Ford - Glad you like it so much!  I'll definitely be getting into some higher level topics, and I'm looking forward to talking about them!  Until then....  Beer!

Mr. Speaker - Happy to help! I can totally see why you'd think to blame Unity, but it's definitely the codec.  Definitely learned that the hard why myself!  If you're ever curious to see it in action, export a song from your DAW as a WAV and a mp3.  Then drop both into Unity and see the difference at the beginning and end.
