Is there any way to reliably track posts/boards with a notification outside of this website (to my email or RSS, ideally)?

I have notifications set up on specific posts and on the devlog board, but I usually don't receive emails when the things I am tracking get updates, so I end up having to periodically check my notifications (which doesn't actually help for tracking new topics on a board).

Has anyone found a way to set up some more reliable notification or RSS or something?
