Hi there

It would be crazy useful if you could open up this page

http://www.twatty.dreamhosters.com/

And report back on your findings. The game is embedded and should take roughly 10 seconds to load, depending on your PC.

I need information on loading times / you're feelings about them.

1.) Did the game load?
2.) If you gave up because it took too long, how many seconds roughly did you wait? (Its ok, I won't judge. All useful info!).
3.) If you didn't give up, how long did you have to wait?
4.) Was it very crunchy at the start? If so, how crunchy?
5.) Whats the computer you used to play it like? Good or Bad. If you want to go the extra mile what sort of processor / Ram do you have.
6.) Importantly  - Did it feel like too long to wait?

Controls are the Arrow Keys and Space Bar to smash by the way. But thats all a bit unfinished as you might be able to tell.

I'll explain the rest later! Thanks a mega-fuck-ton for looking!

1) Yep
2) 9 or 10 seconds

4) If you're talking about the audio, yeah, it's a bit crunchy. It's not too badly distorted, but more than I would expect.
5) It's fairly old, but has held up well for the most part.

Intel i7 2.67GHz Quad-core
NVIDIA GTX 285 1GB VRAM
8GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

6) For such a simple, unfinished-looking game, the loading time seems a little long. If it stays around that length for the finished version, though, it would be fine.

I had similar results as Quicksand.  The game loaded in a relatively reasonable amount of time.  I don't have any audio, so I can't comment on that.  My machine is older but decent.  Overall, I agree that as long as the load times don't get much longer, I would be ok with it for a finished game.  Good luck.

1.) Yes
3.) 15 seconds for initial load, 40 seconds for "preparing"
4.) I couldn't hear any audio.
5.) AMD Phenom II x2 555
    ATI Radeon HD 4800
    16GB RAM
    Windows 7 64-bit
6.) It felt a bit too long, the game was fun and silly so it helped. If the game was finished and had more content I wouldn't mind the wait nearly as much.

Looking forward to seeing where this is going. Smiley

Hi everyone! Thanks for the feedback.

I'd love it if you could test the latest build that I've uploaded. A bit more progress on this one too with some audio
