i'd say 100-250 minimum. check out: http://www.overnightprints.com/ they are pretty cheap, the quality isn't great but it gets the done job. Even though it's "Overnight Prints" i'd order the stuff ASAP. |

Overnightprints is pretty solid, and I think their print quality is actually pretty good compared to some internet companies.
But yeah, if you're ordering cards now... you better have them shipped right to San Fran at this point.
Edit: also you can find coupon codes for a lot of shit (usually like 10 dollars off) if you buzz around retailmenot.com

Oh fuck, I need to print out some new ones.
I got a lot of mileage out of the do-it-yourself perforated business card sheets last year, and ended up printing up a bunch at the Kinko's on Market during both Macworld & GDC.

I've ordered 200 mini cards from moo.com, and 100 for Rudolf (who already has a bunch of cards), and 60 postcards. Each is completely unique! Probably overkill, but one only lives once, as a matter of fact.
Thanks X, yeah we are shipping them direct to the hotel.
Edit: that overnightprints site is nice - nice card designer software they have.

I printed half so far which is about 120, do you really think I'll need 250 of them? If so I should probably go print the rest

I lost more cards from just like getting their corners dinged up in my laptop case than from actually handing them out to people. 200 is definitely sufficient to cover wear-and-tear from travel and handouts!
