I can't actually say where he is posting or tell you how to get there due to the rules of the place, unfortunately. If I do that I'd likely be banned myself.
I don't know why he isn't confronting you though. If I had to guess unfoundedly, I'd say it has to do with him not really wanting to ban you but feeling pressured into at least doing something to address a few people's complaints about your language, but that his heart really isn't into the idea of banning you, even if the poll said he should.
I recommended that the solution is just to use this forum's language filter to replace the text "faggot" (which was the major complaint about your language) with the text "Super Joe" and the problem would be solved without having to think about banning anyone, but my suggestion seems to have not been considered seriously. But if I were the admin, that's the only action I'd take, regardless of how many people want to ban you.
