I can't actually say where he is posting or tell you how to get there due to the rules of the place, unfortunately. If I do that I'd likely be banned myself.
I don't know why he isn't confronting you though. If I had to guess unfoundedly, I'd say it has to do with him not really wanting to ban you but feeling pressured into at least doing something to address a few people's complaints about your language, but that his heart really isn't into the idea of banning you, even if the poll said he should.
I recommended that the solution is just to use this forum's language filter to replace the text "faggot" (which was the major complaint about your language) with the text "Super Joe" and the problem would be solved without having to think about banning anyone, but my suggestion seems to have not been considered seriously. But if I were the admin, that's the only action I'd take, regardless of how many people want to ban you.
...I don't think a language filter would work well; You pretentious Super Joes can Super Joe your sorry little Super Joes while you Super Joe your Super Joe Super Joe-y Super Joes, you Super Joe-ing Super Joe Super Joes. I wanna Super Joe my Super Joe tonight, Derek Yu. Super Joe you all.

What's funny is -- and I said this in another thread -- is that my sister is bisexual and still calls things she doesn't like "gay" -- it's just kind of a cultural youth thing I think. I don't think people who say things like that usually intend it to be offensive.

As I've said elsewhere, I think that language filters (and censoring of words with asterisks or whatever else) are pointless and kind of ridiculous.
I do think you should stop using the word though, Super Joe. I don't think you're being genuinely homophobic, but a lot of people obviously find it offensive.

Pretty big difference between "gay" and the "f.." though Paul. I mean, I just don't say "f.." but I haven't totally broken my habit of calling things "gay." "Gay," though still not great, isn't anywhere near as offensive.

what kind of sissy is worried about offending people
Hey, I have not problem offending people when it's unintentional and not done hatefully. Like, the fact that I'm a pacifist really offends some people. And I hate when things are politically correct for no reason (political correctness is fine if it's replacing a loaded hate-speech term), and I'll happily offend them if that's what it takes to proclaim that political correctness has gone too far in whatever specific instance I'm highlighting. But there's a difference between being not-politically-correct (so offending people like feminists by using "Mankind" instead of "Humankind" in one's essays; and yes, I was called on that once; I mean, come on, "Mankind" obviously includes women), or using blatant hate speech. So I'll offend people alright, but the people I'm offending know (even if they don't want to admit it) that I'm not trying to offend them or be hateful in any way, I'm just doing my part fighting the menace of overbearing political correctness. Now that said, there is a very very fine line with all this, and some terms are just plain derogatory and hateful, so politically correct solutions are entirely reasonable and acceptable.

Good morning. ... Good morning. In less than an hour aircraft from here will join others from around the world, and you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind. Mankind... that word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interest. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom. Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution... but from annihilation. We're fighting for our right to live... to exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as a day when the world declared in one voice we will not go quietly into the night. We will not vanish without a fight. We're going to live on, we're going to survive. Today, we celebrate, our Independence Day.

Right, let me tweak that sentence you've got in bold there. Because as I'm sure you noticed, what I said after it wasn't the same as it. And the reason I gave Joe a real response is because I know he's actually intelligent, whether he feels like acting that way on TIGS or not.

Political correctness is a myth devised as an excuse for stupid people to be stupid about things and act act indignant about problems that don't really exist. The absurd thing about it is that stupid people already have an impressive capacity for doing stupid things. Silly political correctness, they don't need any more excuses! No but seriously, shut up about political correctness.
