Hi All,

We just released a gameplay video of our latest indie game.
You can view it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7hE4zREwNI.
The game is currently being sold at $0.99 for a limited time at http://www.oggasoft.com (A free demo is also available on the site).

Regards,

it's pretty clear you have no interest in this community, you've been a member since November '09 and every one of your 7 posts is about your game.

As far as I see it, it's just spam.

Actually, I've been following this forum a long time before Nov-09 as an active reader.
Up till now I didn't feel that I had anything to contribute other than announcements regarding games of mine (and introducing myself in the appropriate thread).
If such announcements are unwanted here I will stop posting them.

This is the announcements board so it is the correct place. If you ever get some free spare time you should check out a couple of games in the feedback board, that would be an easy way to contribute. Never too difficult to play a free game and give some feedback for a developer. 'Course I'm not saying you have to, just sayin'.

Oh. I wasn't aware of this option. Sounds fun. I'll be glad to do that. I play indie games a lot anyways. Thanks for the tip.

I think posts like this are far more damaging to a 'community' than anything this guy apparently did wrong... and even if they aren't damaging to this community, they're damaging to the indie game scene as a whole. Smiley Be more accepting & allow indie devs (who work hard to put together fun games) to show off their work in the few limited, small ways they can!

That's some crazy art style you've got going in that game! I kinda like it, but is there any meaning to it, like an explanation as to what these cube monsters are doing? Or is it purely abstract?

Well, I'd say it's pretty abstract.
It's art style from the genius mind of Inbal Laniado (the graphics artist).
This was her first time using art in a video game, btw.
If you like her style you can check it out in http://inballaniado.com/
