That's ~2 liters, isn't it? That's about the recommended intake.

I tend to alternate between tea and coffee, I'm quite a fan of both.

I love soft drinks, but I gave them up a little over a year ago in an effort to drastically cut my sugar intake. It was pretty brutal for the first month, but now I'm over it. I drink maybe one can a week now, instead of 2-3 a day, so I think I'm doing well.
I drink a lot of water. I keep a canteen in my fridge so I always have cold water to drink. I drink milk when I need to change things up a bit.
Coffee never appealed to me, and I decided it was likely to be cheaper in the long run to simply never develop a taste for it.
Drinking mostly water saves me a lot of money, so I can spend more on good food, which is nice.

I used to drink soda daily, but I just... stopped. Didn't buy any for a while. Now, I can't stand soda.

Coffee is a lot more enjoyable once you've taught yourself to taste the subtle differences in flavor between different coffees.

Oh yes. That is so true. Also, teaching yourself to appreciate black coffee saves you money at coffee houses because you don't buy the sugary-creamy shit. And you end up less fat.

Used to drink a pop every morning. Then I went a few days without it. Have you ever had a migraine in math class? It's not fun. And that's when I quit drinking soda.

I gave up soda when I started to work out and become fit. Soda contains only empty carblories and an awful lot of sugar. If you want to stop being a pudgey nerd, you must defeat your cravings for whatever drinks and snacks.

Im sorry to post so much even though I just entered this forum but what do the "levels" under our names but above our avatars mean? Where is the button to give someone XP?

Levels are basically the amount of time you wasted on this forum, in terms of posts. Every 100 posts is a new level. You give people XP by spamming them on MSN and Skype to post, or threatening them with blackmail. Sometimes this method works but sometimes it fails, the developers still have to fix that glitch.

The sunglasses were given randomly to Caruso while Derek ignores the users who have worked to earn a title. In a word: randomly.
I quit soda and juice at the start of the year. No soda at all, but the juice is a blurry border- I drink ice tea blended with juices, and I'll drink juice if I know it's just straight fruit. Honestly, I haven't noticed much of a change. I used to have several glasses of juice a day and a glass of soda pretty much daily during the hotter months. Just went cold turkey for a challenge.

No way I'm giving up my tea habit. Its caffeine may be a quick shot, but it gets me through the drive.

Caruso did work to get it.
