New-ish website. http://uvwmaps.com/Their slogan is "unwrapping an industry". After you spend some time looking over the body of content they've posted so far, you really get where they are coming from. it's very strange, but worth following if you're into that stuff.

It's seems like a nice idea to continue explore the Rom Check Fail, but i wonder what is their allocation of the money, considering they're asking 90k pound.

Wonder how many times you'd have to hit random before you get a set of rules/mechanics/elements that isn't a total shitshow. And obviously, any content it comes up with would be piecemeal at best. It's the ultimate in quantity over quality :p Edit: And no, I don't think making this game is going to cost the insane backing fund they're asking for.

I could see the Gametron concept coming together if there was just one more layer to tie the whole thing together. Like, if each of the games was built to last 3-5 minutes, all could award you up to 10,000 points, then the goal was to earn a high score over five randomly generated games. You'd still have to deal with the possibility of some combinations being much easier than others, but you could adjust that relatively easily by tweaking the way scores are calculated. Maybe give the player bonus items they can earn in game to manipulate the reels between games to get favorable combinations.
