Today we picked maybe 10 liters of top-tier mushrooms, mostly chanterelle but also some king bolete. As well as a liter or two of second tier mushrooms, also from the boletaceae family as well as some bearded milkcaps. Plus ~2 liters of bilberries.
Yesterday we also got ~5 liters of mushrooms and ~8 liters of bilberries and a few cloudberries.

i went to pick a few mushrooms last year and came back with a huge bag of chantrelles (so that's what theyre called in english? weird). this year has been rainy as heck so far, so im guessing itll be similar.

Mid tier, are you crazy, how is rarity even a factor in how awesome a mushroom is? Mushroom snobs can go eat some super rare podostroma cornu-damae  Not the best picture, but here is maybe half of what we got. We've eaten some already, my sister took 1/3 and we gave some away.  I stay away of mushroom because I'm tall enough already 5cm and I would have to crouch to get through doors Haha, what? How are those two things even related? |
