Blegh re-reading that stuff, sorry.
I don't seem to make good posts (WORSE THAN USUAL HURRHURR) when just waking/is kinda sleepy. But I still don't like the remix, and I might watch it when it's on DVD. Maybe.

Looks like someone mirrored a Nintendo site on a psp-ish domain they registered, for kicks.

If you want to see traditional animation in theaters ever again, I wouldn't wait for the DVD Imp. If you can't convince Disney that it's profitable to bring stuff like this and The Princess and the Frog to theaters, it'll die out for good.

Haikus are tricky. Let's all see how long we can last writing in them.

The new Ps3 prices were announced! Oh, that and Fable 3. I really wanted 2 but never got around to getting, I had a chance to too! But alas, I'll wait for 3 and hope for the best. I would like to know, how long are the first 2? I heard they were fairly short.

John Lasseter of Pixar is in control of Disney's animation sector now. 2D animation is coming back, and the Princess and the Frog will be good. I got to see the preview of the villain song at this year's Comic-Con, and it definitely compares to the pre-late-90's-sell-out-sequel-bonanza Disney that made Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, etc. As for Ponyo, haven't gotten a chance to get to the theaters yet, but from what I saw at Comic-Con, the animation is freaking amazing. The voices weren't irritating, though from the YouTube clip from earlier, I kinda wish they kept the end song to the charm of the original. According to John Lasseter, they work with Miyazaki on the translations to ensure that his vision isn't lost.

Yeah I remember an interview with Lasseter around when Spirited Away hit the States where he said that about the voice-actors. The only time I've had a problem with a choice of voice-actor is Christian Bale in Howl's.

Wait, WTF happened to Derek!? A giant manbaby kicked him off the cliffs in New Zealand. A local shaman could stop the bleeding, but he's still in care. Oh and after that there was a second accident in his kitchen when he was back home. Poor Derek, so many dangers around him!
