I have a recurring dream in which people are pointing guns in my face. Been happening for months now. In the beginning I insulted the attackers into submission, somehow causing them to put down the guns. Lately in my dreams I've been taking it more seriously and talking them down, negotiating, and in the most recent one the guy was going to pull a gun on me, and I tackled him before he could do it. Out of nowhere, I had a pistol in my hand, though I knew it was out of bullets. I pointed it in his face and told him not to make any fast moves, and disarmed him. Then I woke up.
This is a very strange thing to dream about.

It's probably been too long to reply to this, but... Cool, Pencerkoff is letting me use his name.  General Jakov...
I also remember reading that.... The Most Dangerous game, maybe? . It's pretty much about the Earth getting hit by a Comet around 1980, and some survivors in California form a Western-type government and have to fend off a cannibalistic cult full of military deserters and LA gang members who are trying to blow up a nuclear power plant. |
