You know your system's outdated when its RAM is only three digits long in megabytes. (Or any other Linux users can post their Archey results.)

Mein Gott, haven't you upgraded your computer yet? Here is my work computer, casually using 10 times more RAM than your max. This archey program is doesn't display number of cores and threads. I have four cores and eight threads, which is kind of relevant. It would also be interesting to show screen resolution (I have 3840*1200 here at work). Also nothing about the graphics card (I have a completely crappy card here at work)

That was part cool and part retarded-conspiracy-non-scientific-lunacy. Like claiming that "Tesla invented unlimited, wireless energy".

The story of the earthquake machine is also disputed. It's awesome, but there's a dearth of evidence that it really existed. I suspect a lot of the mystique of Tesla has been overblown in the years after his death.
That said, I still think Nikola Tesla is incredibly awesome.
I'm curious about the "Unlimited wireless energy" thing, too. It looks like some dude in 2005 was going to start building a new version. He could get wealthy selling swag with the tagline "I don't have to pay for electricity, so I bought this shirt instead".

HOT POOP WAS TODAY AMAZING! I started my work today at a cancer research lab today, and after signing off on several SOPs I got right into my project which is genetically engineering a lentivirus that can add a Chimeric Antigen Receptor to a Cytotoxic T Cell so that it can destroy Neuroblastomas. Everyone I'm working with is so smart and cool and I'M HOME, SCIENCE

A Pentium 4?! That so......well preserved... You, my friend, need a new PC. That's something we can agree on. It is completely and utterly slow if an internet browser has four tabs up, or if I have two tabs and the Software Center running. Playing music while doing anything simultaneously is out of the question. The best I can contribute now is working on a design document until my laptop's fixed (with fresh hard drive) and uploading to Dropbox.

At least you have some time to brainstorming your ideas without too much distractions I want a new PC too, but first is a new laptop battery. Mine is fucked up, dead, always 0% charged. Living with an adapter, always connected. As someone who needs machines to live

You know that semi-circle thing that houses Robotnik's fat butt whenever he's danging an orange ball of death? Why isn't there a Kickstarter of making that into a chair?

You mean his Eggmobile (or Egg Mobile)?
It would make a neat chair, but it's also enclosed on the front. How are you supposed to get to whatever desk or table you're perched next to?
