I think Castle is more iconic, personally... Autothysis, to me, means nothing. Like, it registers into that sector of the brain where it's...just a word. It's just a jumble of morphemes grouped together in the Latin style normally reserved for medical/scientific terms, which contemporary English culture likes to subconsciously consider unnecessary, due to the fact that such words are usually so specialized in definition that one is rarely given the chance to use them.

However, it could be that this is only because I'm an idiot and had to look up the word to see what it means. Keeping this in mind, I'll say that I really like the core concept behind it. And I like the idea of evoking that concept while casting it in a clinical tone. It's just that Autothysis isn't getting it done for me. Sorry.
