I haven't seen a whole lot on this forum about Papo & Yo, and I haven't played it either. I can't say how successful it is, but I think it's approach and purpose are admirable. I listened to an interview with it's creator Vander Caballero on a Destructoid livestream, video found here
for work-friendly podcast. He says some pretty powerful stuff about the reasons to make games and the games he personally wants to create and see more of. (He's indie enough for me anyway)
There's not much talk about the show itself, Sup Holmes? which is a little odd since has been focusing on and out-and-out promoting indie and experimental games and devs. Though I'm not that surprised, as soon as the focus turns from the game to the developer this forum gets cruel and ruthless. Anyway it's for sure worth a watch/listen.
