Actually that's a great idea. Brewing all brewable plants before cooking them will give you huge stacks of prepared food. You'll probably end up with more food than you can eat in a million years, but who wouldn't want to eat a roast made out four different kinds of booze? (or alcohol biscuits, scrumptious!)
Prepared meals makes for excellent trade items, as well. With a skilled cook, a single stack can buy out a whole caravan.
