I think we've got to keep an open mind about this whole affair and treat everyone like an equal suspect. But at this point I don't think we can really say anyone is more suspicious than anyone else.

Well it seems to me that the best way to find out a least one of these wolves' identities is to look for someone amongst us with a shotgun wound in their leg. I seriously doubt a wound of that caliber could heal so quickly even if the person in question did have the ability to transform into a werewolf.

Xotes is somewhat suspect as he could have very well been shot by Inane, rest his soul, and then claimed to have shot the wolf that was attacking Inane which was, in fact, himself. However, I am not entirely sure. It would seem risky for a wolf to do that when he probably could have just as easily escaped. Or perhaps he was too wounded and had too little time to escape the scene of the crime....

Unfortunately, as much as I hate to admit it we don't really have much of a choice but to try to take them out before they take us out. Obviously the storm won't be passing anytime soon so I think it would be a good idea to get to narrowing down our list of suspects.

The townspeople start to drift off to sleep, unaware of how long ago the sun set. Not even the imminent threat of werewolves can keep the people from their dreams, after the eventful day.

With no votes cast, lynching is skipped for the day, and everyone retires to makeshift beds on the floor of the Inn, not wanting to sleep in the exposed rooms.
The storm is dying down.

Day 2 in four hourrrrs

[Day 2]
The townsfolk awaken to a clear day, and at first nothing seems wrong, but a trail of blood leading towards the unlocked window is quickly found as the people shuffle around the small Inn. Unlocking the door, the townsfolk head out and find Cheater's destroyed corpse, his jaw torn off and his stomach torn out, with finger-shaped bruises around his neck. His organs that were not eaten lie scattered about.

Xotes limps out of the hospital, followed by Renton and Jimmykane, as shocked by the death as the rest of the people.
Going through Cheater's pockets, Rob finds a token with a barbed wire 'C' on it.

A white light filters over the edge of the caldera opposing the sun.

Ye see, I warned yas, I warned yas: keep yer friends close and yer guns closer or ye'll be for it shore as day follows mornin'. Cheater weren't careful enough, and now he's dead, and it's a right shame, but there it is. Meself, I'm votin for Renton, never trusted him. And, I didn't vote for him back in the day, so I'm making it up now, hur hur.

An', well, sorry t' ask this of ye, but my memry's a bit faulty these days; was it Rob's or Cheater's pocket the little trinket were in?

I knew this would happen. We all knew. Our silence yesterday came with an understanding that one of us would not wake this morning.

But we've no innocent blood on our hands - at least not most of us - as was sure to happen if we'd acted rashly and blindly.

Shame about Cheater, but hopefully his death won't have been in vain, for now...now we've a clue! Something to go by. This token. This "C".
