It was Cheater's pocket the token was in.

I say we stick to the ethical and scientifically proven methods: we should tie everyone up to whatever furniture we have lying around, take blood samples from everyone, and dip a piece of silver in each sample.  Whomever's blood reacts to the silver would obviously be the werewolf.

But Markham - if we all tie ourselves to the furniture, who does the testing?

Goddamn, this is sick. Seems to me like the hospital is a much safer place to be - Renton and I enjoyed quiet, warm, non-violent-death sleeps. I assume Xotes did as well, but it may have been that medicine they gave him.

Anyone got any knowledge on what this C means?

And the barbed wire?  What could that possibly refer to?  Cheaters don't want to be seen as dangerous, it'd draw attention to them.

Which reminds me, did anyone search Inane's body for evidence?

I too am a little concerned about PaleFox's assertion, since it seems to be based on little to no evidence. However, nobody has come forward with any other leads thus far, so I'm at least willing to hear what PaleFox has to say about his accusation. If he is willing to explain himself further...

Yes, why a barbed wire. Maybe it has some form of symbolism? Though I fear the explanation might have died with the owner.

Is there any other reason PaleFox would suspect you Renton, besides this childhood grudge?

Undecided I still think that our honerable mayor should assemble a small search party to at least retrieve Inane's body and search the area for possible clues, since it seems no one's been up there since Xotes got injured.

Hmmm, the C is rather perplexing. I am still withdrawing my vote for tonight.

Is that mess really the result of a werewolf attack? I don't recall any case of wolves leaving calling-cards on their victim's bodies.

Maybe it ain't wolf. Maybe the killur is one of them cultist guys of some sort they keep talkin' 'bout on the radio news.

Or maybe the wolf didn't leave the damn card. Maybe Cheater wus the cultist an they killed 'im for it. Maybe we're seein' some kinda gang war here.

Cultists? What exactly are you talking about Renton? Do you know more than you're telling us?

Actually, that doesn't sound too unbelievable.  Cheater's death was certainly unusual.  It was disturbingly gruesome, yes, but wouldn't a werewolf have eaten the body?  And what of the finger-shaped bruises?
