ADD RUGS
EDIT: actually add the dying stuff and add a rug machine or something that makes a patterned rug based on how many / what cloth blocks in it.
or root vegetables like potatoes and beets(could also be used for dyeing)

why not give the lute a bashing function? Especially useful for some especially sick riff shit just HAS to get real.

But yes, some form of music-making would be good. Mostly because we need something creative- something for players to do together instead of building. To do during all those lonely nights in your fortress. Some diversion would be good and add life to towns.

I was just reminded recently (on the bus  ) that it is a sound that starts out to not be that annoying but grows to be incredibly so. It also sounds like the sound a slime would make. Just a thought. |

I don't see why. I haven't heard the slimes my self, but the general census on the minecraft forums (warning, high 1-year-old-nazi density) is that the slimes sound like dramatic fapping. Oh yeah, I'm making a cool castle. |

Aw, my latest world has now become so big it just crashes when i try and load it. Damnit, and my tower was just showing promise too! Weirdly i didn't encounter a single natural cave system, whereas the land formations above ground were pretty awesome.

I can't remember if I posted here yet or not... but I just had to stop by to say that this game is incredibly addictive. Even if I'm just doing stupid things like tunneling down to the lava and then trying to dig a really long passage underground in the hopes of finding secret block caves, I'm having fun doing it.
