Currently making a point and click adventure/puzzle game called Detective Chirpums: Private Investigator. If you like noir, birds, and hardboiled dialogue...well? This is probably the game for you. Very character/story-driven. Gameplay involves a lot sleuthing for information through branching dialogue and deciphering cryptology puzzles. Will be updating more on my new site here.

^ Didn't read that description and thought you were making some kind of Animal Crossing + Murder Mystery hybrid kind of thing.
"Hey there KID HANDSM, how's it going, chirpums? Don'tcha hate it when the killer only leaves behind partials, chirpums?"
> Yeah, that's the worst I just spray Luminol everywhere
________
Cool art, detective.

A page of randomly generated aliens for my current project: I'm not quite happy with the number of elements right now, as you can see some aliens are pretty similar. I might eventually just do checks to make sure two aren't too similar in any given batch.

I've got an interesting management game that is mostly about hiring and firing people. I know it maybe sounds lame, but the mechanics reach a really interesting spot. The people you hire have a large number of attributes and the accuracy of knowing what those attributes are increases the longer you have them.
However, if they screw up before you get a good read on them, you have to wonder if they're really bad at it, or if they were just unlucky.
Everything you do for your company, you do through these people, so trust becomes an important issue.
Finally the business environment is constantly in flux, so even if you have surrounded yourself with reliable people, you have the hard choice of slowly reschooling them, or hiring new people and hoping they're as good as they look.

Got a main mechanic and a few ideas, but no real direction on where this project should go. One button game, you can only change the direction of the rotation. Obstacles, etc. Forgot I could make gifs :

That's neat; Are you using the Headlook script from the Unify thing, or one of your own? I actually took the Unify Headlook script and modified it a bit to get it to work the way I wanted too. I tag certain items as "lookTo" in the inspector and then send out a raycast that finds any collider tagged as such in a certain perimeter around the character. He then looks at the tagged collider that is closest. Not really too complicated, but pretty useful when it comes to specifying multiple things that he should look toward.
