Trying to figure out how to do video stuff.





Got some backend done. Tried making something really quickly from it.
I'm hoping to slowly establish some libs I can use to make games more quickly.

Does anyone know a good free video editor? I don't know if I want to invest in Adobe Premier, just yet.

Oh, thank you!
Yeah, I'm illustrating him using only vectors, but I'm planning to animate in Spine so I'll have to convert the vectors into pixels once I get to that stage because you can't import vector graphics into Spine as far as I know. I still need to iron out all his fugly and wobbly parts first, though. Gomez

That's very cool and he looks very unique! I know nothing about the Spine process, hehehe. ^^;

I'm currently experimenting with 3D and 2.5D art styles for my Visual Novel in Unity. I think the next thing I'll work on is a devlog on Tigsource!

Whoa man, hard to believe Level Up came out 6 years ago. Still one of my favorite web games, though I'm bummed Gather Up never saw completion Sad that teaser was an amazing unlockable

At the moment I'm working on a procedural platformer. I love games like Mega Man and like most people, grew up pretty much exclusively playing this type of game. My main goal is to build a retro platformer that I can always play and never run out of levels Smiley

So far I've got the basics of generating the map completed and now I'm working on the basic platforming elements. Its all colored boxes at the moment though. No art skills at all to speak of here  Wink
