Sometimes it sounds like music, and rather cool for generated music!


I'm working on a small game called "Total Fucking Psychopath". You play a serial killer, running loose in the streets, slashing victims. You must never stop killing people, because if the "psychosis"-meter reaches 0%, you will wake up from your psychosis, realize what you've done and commit suicide. Game over. You can restore the psychosis-meter gradually by keeping up the killing. The more victims you slash, the more police officers are spawned, and they have guns. You must dodge their bullets, while you keep killing victims. The objective of the game is to collect as many kills as you can, and to stay alive for as long as possible. You then get to enter your name into a high score table, and watch statistics and stuff. So yeah, it's pretty much a very simple arcade game, which I hope someone will find enjoyable once it's done Smiley
I love the graphics, it reminds me of the first GTA series. Also, "killing spree" - nice concept Evil

That scenery is great. I can't make my mind up which part is the best. The chain looks good, the translucent crystals look great, the sky/moon looks awesome. I think I'll just settle on it being brilliant all round. Hand Thumbs Up Left Smiley

For some reason the completely black interiors look too odd to me. I'd go with not black, but a darker color for the type of land.

You also shouldn't be able to see stars through the dark parts of the moon there.

Hm, yeah, I haven't tried that yet. I'll try brightening up the interiors and see how that looks. Thanks for the tip.

You mean the "shooting stars"? Those are actually falling meteors, which come in a couple different sizes/speeds. The furthest ones are those small white ones you see in the back (like the one in front of the moon), and are meant to be behind the mountains, but in front of everything else. There's also a partially obscured big meteor you can see towards the left of the image; those appear in front of the mountains, but behind the playing area.

What am I doing in this game, Nuprahtor, tell me please...I'm falling, but I feel I should be doing something else...
In this early demo version you can just jump and fall (I hope that falling in my game was interesting experience, i tried to make it so)
In future I will add some quests, more objects, ability to add colored marks on islands and global goal - reach the special island
