This week we finished vine growth for climbing, fixed tree animation, added sound effects, and some other stuff. We'll continue tweaking that stuff while also adding enemies over the next 9 days.

motorherp, that looks absolutely fantastic Beer!

Cheers eesau  Smiley.  I dont think it came out too badly considering its all made from only a single layer of mid-point displacement noise to keep performance up.

making a voxel/block-building thingamajig for the experimental gameplay project. not really sure yet if it's going to be a puzzle game, or a sandbox, or what - still trying to work that part out.

you should add crafting and mining. name it after what you can do in the game, craftmine maybe?

You can say "dude" to a girl? I knew that "guys" could mean both men and women but didn't know about "dudes".
I do it with some of my friends and not to others. i thought it sounded natural and would indicate what kind of relationship they have i guess
I thought it was a conversation between two guys, since the one in the glasses doesn't look very feminine, at least in the way they're drawn.

nah, that's too complicated Wink

i was thinking maybe make it more like Draw Something but with voxels. add some extra tools a la traditional pixel drawing. maybe develop into a more full featured tool that could export the finished mesh(s).

Updated the site today a bit, wrote some random game design crap, worked on design documents .. exciting.

And by "the site" I don't just mean the ToastSoft sub-site, I mean the main site, Center of Gravity. http://rydia.net/udder/

Really need to start on another project soon, as soon as I've recovered from Zero Cross. :p

Working on making a custom platformer engine in XNA - Currently focused on multiple camera instances for local multi-player games.  Using spunk and moxie levels just because they're something to test with.  Color reduced the tiles for shits and giggles.
