For instance, Langdell filed an TM application for EDGY, he didn't get it right a way. (Getting a TM takes almost a year, trust me) And he's since abandoned the application. Also Mirror's Edge and EDGE are two of the things he hasn't been able to claim to have "spawned". But the cool part is one of his citations is a post from Raitendo in this very thread!

EA's lawyer, I hope you read this thread!  I really want Langdell to see a Judge's face when he's shown evidence that his online store is a huge lie designed to perpetuate a trademark. Judges hate being lied to. Of course I don't know how these things work. It might all be done over mail, which would be a shame. |
