Wow. That was mesmerizing. I'll have to look up some of their other stuff. Thanks for the recommendation.

Good to see lots of people like Pink Floyd; they're definitely one of my favorite bands. My favorite album is Atom Heart Mother.
Right now, though, I'm listening to Jethro Tull's A Passion Play.
Atom Heart Mother? Really? It's the first time I've seen such appraisal for that album. But anyways, regarding Jethro Tull, I've listened to Stand Up, Aqualung and Thick as a Brick, and I loved them all, specially Aqualung. But they have a shitload of albums and I have no idea what should I hear next. A little guidance, anyone?

Wait... how did a quirky new wave song become a metal/punk song? That is just amazing. Botch are just amazing. They covered O Fortuna too. But their original stuff is the most innovative metal of the last decade. Seriously, if you can tolerate metal look them up.

I really like Atom Heart Mother too. Concerned But it's not my favorite album of theirs. That spot is simultaneously taken by Animals and A Saucerful of Secrets. I like how they attempted to go for something so "grand," and powerful, with the title piece, and yet the other pieces (especially Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast) achieve a very distinct level of mellowness. It is an album of contrast, and yet I think this is what they were going for artistically. A Saucerful of Secrets is good, but not one of my favorites. I like the first song, and Remember a Day, and Syd's song, but I feel as though Corporal Clegg and See-Saw were definitely lacking. The title piece is quite good, though, especially when they played it live (the end section is my favorite part). It definitely paved the way for the Floyd's musical future magnum opus's, such as Atom Heart Mother, Echoes, and pretty much all of Dark Side of the Moon (it is such a cohesive album, I consider it to be one complete composition).

Does anyone like jazz? I'm listening to Lester Young, because I need to transpose one of his solos.

Yes. I've been listening to lots of free jazz lately. I'm fond of Peter Brotzmann.

http://tinyurl.com/sonicddFrom Quake 3 Arena: NOIZE. It's getting me in a very evil, sneaky mood so I can work properly on the portrait for my favorite videogame villain of all time.

I recently downloaded Supertramp's whole discography. So I'm listening to that now. There are a lot of great songs, and I especially enjoy their early work, such as Supertramp, Indelibly Stamped and Crime of the Century now. And of course, I'll never stop listening to the Beatles.

Dream Theater's Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence. Fucking awesome they way these guys can play. It's a 42 minute-long song with 8 parts to it. And it's also a Cave Story rip-off.

Persona 4 has great music. The song that goes to the final boss can only be described as EPIC.
